The photographs and digital negatives produced by Ob Cruz Photography are protected by Federal Copyright Law. (all rights reserved) and Ob Cruz Photography retains the copyright to all photos and videos produced.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS // RESERVATION

Upon your electronic deposit Ob Cruz Photography will reserve the time and date agreed upon. The Reservation Deposit 30% is non-refundable, even if date is changed or event is cancelled for any reason.

The reservation deposit is to be paid at time of the day of agreement between the parties. The deposit is applied towards the contracted package or service.

Ob Cruz Photography & his crew will not photograph or capture the event described on the contract with no liability and loss of the deposit by the client.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. Prints and Wall Art are sold and shipped via WHCC.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY

In the unlikely event of severe medical, natural, or other emergency it could be necessary to retain a different photographer. Ob Cruz will make every effort to secure a skilled replacement photographer. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event package. Ob Cruz Photography takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation, and processing the photographs including using professional grade equipment and professional grade backup equipment. However, in the unlikely event the photographs are lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons within or beyond my control, my liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event package.
