Guided by light, emotion, and craft
Hey, I’m Ob a wedding and portrait photographer based in Prosser, Washington — surrounded by light, vineyards, and good people from different backgrounds.
Photography has always been more than a job for me. It’s a way to slow down and notice what makes a moment matter — the small looks, the in-between laughs, the way light moves across a face.
About Ob
I’ve always been drawn to design, architecture, and spaces that tell a story without words.
Photography gives me a way to capture that same feeling — the quiet details, the textures, the honest parts of a moment that usually go unnoticed.
Over time, it’s become how I connect with people. I love when clients feel comfortable enough to just be themselves, trusting that I’ll catch what’s real — not staged, not perfect, just honest.
My Story
I keep things simple and natural. I’ll guide when needed, but mostly I like to let things unfold as they are. No heavy posing, no trendy filters — just moments that feel real.
I work mostly with natural light because it has character — soft, unpredictable, and true. Every gallery is edited by hand, one image at a time, until it feels like the story it’s meant to tell.
My Approach
The best photos aren’t the ones where everything looks perfect. They’re the ones that make you feel something — that take you right back to that second, that sound, that smile.
That’s what I try to capture every time — something you’ll still love years from now, because it still feels like you.
What I Believe
A Little About Me
When I’m not photographing, I’m probably sipping a good cocktail, building something, doing some limewash painting, or traveling with my wife.
I love architecture, simple design, and meaningful spaces. I find a lot of joy in slowing down, paying attention, and letting life inspire whatever comes next.
